Howard received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in 1975 and  Juris Doctorate from University of Detroit School of Law in 1979. Admitted to practice in all State Courts in Michigan, the Federal Court for the Eastern District and Western District of Michigan, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Member of the Oakland County Bar Association and Defense Mediator in Oakland County Circuit Court. Faculty member, National Business Institute, “How to Try an Auto Negligence Case in the State of Michigan”.
